Room, Key & Guest Policies
Keys must be deposited at reception when leaving the room. Lost keys will be charged at £50.

Smoking/Vaping is strictly prohibited in hotel premises. A fine of £50 will be imposed immediately if caught smoking in the room, and the room may be evacuated without a refund if a guest is found smoking or tampering with fire equipment.
